At Adams Industrial Properties, we specialize in the acquisition, development and management of ‘value-add’ commercial and industrial real estate opportunities throughout the Southern United States. Our deliverable is the professional, timely renovation of vacant, or almost vacant, existing manufacturing, warehouse or distribution buildings.
The strategic redevelopment of second-generation industrial properties is among our core competencies. Our team has the expertise and resources to transform brownfield sites into productive and efficient properties while also mitigating the liabilities associated with previously contaminated real estate assets.
