Surplus and obsolete corporate real estate with preference given to existing manufacturing and distribution buildings from 80,000 to 500,000 square feet
Vacant or low tenancy – if owner occupied, with a defined exit timeline
Brownfield or environmentally impacted sites
Physically distressed assets in quality locations
Clear height is not a concern

Our family’s history of actively operating warehousing businesses for more than 120 years has provided us with the inside knowledge of how to modernize an older facility to be functional in today’s fast-paced economy.
